I know you all are sick of me talking about my love of pumpkin, but it's been weighing heavily on my conscience that I haven't shared this breathtakingly delicious pumpkin secret with you. Did you know that the most mouth wateringly delicious morsel of a cookie you could ever put in your mouth can be found at...Hobby Lobby? I know, I know. It's like I'm telling you that you can find a cute outfit at Home Depot, and many of you might be asking yourself "Hobby Lobby has food?" Oh but they do. While perusing one of the 2 fall season aisles (which are right next to the 42 aisles of Christmas decor-go figure), and listening to two almost-one year olds tell me how sick they are of being in their stroller, I noticed a few boxes of pumpkin spice cookies with cinnamon frosting. Thinking they probably wouldn't be that great, but thinking that we had no sweets in the house and it would give me something fun to do during naptime, and not to mention delight my cookie monster when he got home from work, I threw it on top of the stroller. Well low and behold, they turned out to be ah-freaking-mazing and taste like Halloween, Thanksgiving, fall, and Christmas all in one cookie.They can best be described by my friend who was over today that sampled one, and 15 minutes later told me she couldn't stop thinking about how good that cookie was. I'm telling you, they will haunt your dreams.
For those of you who don't frequent Hobby Lobby, I did come across this recipe that looks to be similar.

I looked for these today...I coudln't find them and am very upset. I don't like pumpkin, but Jeff does and was gonna suprie him with a sweet treat!
